The Role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Producer to join their growing events team. This role covers every element of event project management, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on site.

This is a broad role where the Event Producer will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including:

• Taking the initial client brief
• End to end project management
• Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Working closely with in-house teams
• Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
• Managing & communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements
• Adhering to health and safety regulations
• Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
• On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Producer for either an event or production agency delivering a range of events - corporate conference, brand activations etc.

Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Event Producer with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation
