Job summary

A leading event planning company in the United Kingdom is looking for a full-time Event Planner to coordinate high-end weddings and corporate events. Candidates will be responsible for creating bespoke plans, managing suppliers, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The position offers a hybrid work environment with flexible hours, and a negotiable salary starting from £32k based on experience. A passion for food and service is preferred.

Can you make or take an idea and create a fabulous memorable and wonderful experience from it? Can you think your way through the planning of an event, keeping all the boxes ticked behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you can paint a picture to a potential bride and groom, plan a corporate event or suggest innovative ideas to a private booking enquiry. If you can work with suppliers and organisers, create tastings and keep everything on track and if you can see the event through to delivery then we would love to hear from you.

Creators of delicious food our client are experienced in delivering catering options to high net worth environments, weddings and corporate functions and they are looking for an event planner to co-ordinate bookings based out of one of their prime sites a manor house in Berkshire. Primarily concentrating on weddings you will:

  • Take incoming reactive enquiries and following consultation with clients create bespoke plans for their events.
  • Conduct tastings liasing with the kitchen and guest co‑ordinating preferences and dislikes
  • Working with our clients suppliers for example, glass, cutlery to co‑ordinate delivery and return
  • Daily communication via phone and or email with clients to ensure communication is the best level.
  • For those with experience or who want to develop the opportunity to personally run the event if desired.

Hours: (37.5) per week including some weekends (especially during the summer season).

This is a full time, permanent position offering a hybrid work environment, flexibility and the opportunity to get involved in creating, designing and organising events for high net worth and prestige environments. Candidates should be able to drive due + and have transport due to the remote location of some of the venues. Salary negotiable dependant on experience. Salary negotiable dependant on experience from £32k Preference those for who can demonstrate passion about food and service.
