Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance and support in the lead-up to their event.
- Create detailed and precise event orders, ensuring all client requirements are clearly communicated to relevant hotel departments.
- Be on-site during events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed while providing seamless coordination between the client and hotel teams.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with Delphi and Opera systems (highly desirable).
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage client interactions effectively.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
