  • Create detailed and precise event orders, ensuring all client requirements are clearly communicated to relevant hotel departments.
  • Be on-site during events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed while providing seamless coordination between the client and hotel teams.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Experience in event coordination within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with Delphi and Opera systems (highly desirable).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to manage client interactions effectively.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
