THE ROLE

The business now seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic Event Manager, who will be responsible for the planning and execution of international conferences, working closely with the Managing Director. This position requires the ability and willingness to travel internationally and be the face of these market leading events!

A broad role, the Event Manager\'s responsibilities will include:

• Plan and coordinate events
• Manage all sponsors, logistics, and timelines.
• Support delegates with the event registration process, including online sales, attendee communications, and onsite registration.
• Coordinate with speakers and sponsors to ensure their needs are met
• Managing travel and accommodation.
• Supplier management
• Produce all event materials, including marketing materials and agendas.
• Provide onsite support during events, including managing event set-up, registration, and other logistics.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

THE CANDIDATE

The Event Manager will ideally have some experience in managing B2B conferences, or similar events. The candidate must be a confident communicator, as you will be frequently talking with sponsors and speakers, as well as being proactive, and a problem solver. The ideal candidate MUST have a willingness and enthusiasm for frequent international travel (around once per month.)
