Event Executive

As an Events Executive at Ida's, you will be reporting to Ida's Event Lead and be responsible for coordinating and organising client events

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing requests and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Plan and execute on-ground client activations and events, such brand launches, weddings, private dinners and lifestyle for a venue perspective.
  • Preparation of events logistics with appointed caterers, in-house bar and any other appointed 3rd party vendors.
  • Coordinate and manage part-time manpower for event support, if/when needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as event documentation, scheduling, and post-event feedback.
  • Host and guide client viewings at Ida’s, creating a warm and welcoming experience while showcasing the space and its features.
  • Contribute ideas to improve guest experiences and event operations.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • 1.5 – 2 year experience in event management.
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure a seamless event.
  • Flexible schedule – willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
