A leading international financial institution in London seeks an Event Assistant to support the planning and delivery of various events including the Annual Meeting. The successful candidate will assist with logistics, documentation, and coordination of event activities. Reporting to the Principal, Annual Meeting Event Management, the Event Assistant will support the planning and delivery of the EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum events, and corporate events led by the Event Management team in the Bank’s Headquarters in physical, hybrid, or virtual formats. The role involves supporting the coordination of the full institutional and Business Forum programme of the Annual Meeting as well as day-to-day event operations, such as Board meetings, signing ceremonies, conferences and award held at the Bank’s HQ.
This role offers hands-on experience in international event operations, logistics coordination, content programming, and stakeholder engagement, within a dynamic, high-profile environment.
