You will provide 2nd-line support and technical assistance, with responsibilities including hardware and software installations and documenting work. Essential skills include experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS, alongside strong customer service abilities. This full-time position is onsite with no remote working options.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in supporting end-user compute services and device management.
• Experience with hardware and software installations is required.
• Ability to diagnose problems and support users effectively.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software and peripheral issues for end-users.
• Provide specialist technical support and 2nd-line assistance.
• Perform installations, removals and configuration of devices.
• Document and record all work, conduct tests using diagnostic tools.
