ETRM Customer Success Manager - £50-65k Basic
Small but rapidly growing Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) software house seeks an ETRM Customer Success Manager to join them in a hybrid Central London office (2-3 days per week) and flexi-working (2-3 days per week) permanent role.
This is a relatively junior role, looking for someone with 2-5 years experience working in either an E / CTRM BA or Support related role or could be working in a Commodity Trading Trade Support Analyst role.
As the ETRM Customer Success Manager, you'll be working in a highly client facing, relationship-focused role working with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping solve problems, including liaising with internal teams where needed. As such, it is essential that you have fantastic communication skills and are able to help manage clients.
Although this is a junior role, it is essential that you have some strong energy or commodity trading experience working either for a rival software house, services consultancy or energy trading house and be keen to move into a Customer Success Manager role.
Salary: £50-65k basic + bonus + benefits
