About our Client

My client is a specialist roofing contractor based in the South East.

Their projects vary in value from £50k to £2million. These projects consist of pithed roofs along with other services they provide. They are looking to add an Estimator to their team due to workload.

About the Role

• Timely preparation and submission of applications for payment and final accounts
• Contractual negotiations
• Debtor Management Control of project variations / cost control Submission of tenders on new & re-roofing schemes

About the Candidate

• Must have at least 3 years experience in estimating pitched roofing projects.
• Commercial awareness.
• Good IT skills
• Manage internal company resources Understanding of the principles of contract law and how they are applied in practical circumstances
• Able to plan/programme a job, including materials and labour
• Negotiation skills Financial understanding
• Resilient Tenacious Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
