Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within an Estimating role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse cost estimates for projects.
• Make sure budgets stay on track.
• Compile bids and tenders for new work.
• Calculate costs of materials, transport etc.
• Set and review labour costs.
• Follow all health and safety requirements.
• Keep up to date with changes in inflation and project timescales.
• Liaise with Management teams.
• Prepare and submit final quotations for work.
