Salary: £65,000 - £78,000 plus bonus

Long established Building Contractor (25 years) urgently require an Estimator to join the busy commercial team.

The Contractor are known for building RC Apartment blocks in London and Greater London area and will generally work on behalf of Local Authorities, Residential Providers and Clients/ Developers.

Apartment schemes will generally be between 5 – 15 storey and will include associated infrastructure required for these schemes. The projects are won on a competitive tending basis and this role will be key in supporting the successful tendering of further projects.

The company are looking for a tenacious individual who will be able to stand alone as the company Estimator. You will be experienced in tendering for residential apartment schemes or similar projects that are RC.
