Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed viability assessments and cost breakdowns for new housing developments.
  • Evaluate all financial aspects of land acquisition, including purchase price, site preparation, environmental factors, and ground conditions.
  • Conduct site visits to identify potential constraints and inform pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Land, Technical, and Commercial teams to develop cost-efficient and innovative solutions.
  • Support senior leadership in Gateway submissions and Regional Land Reports.
  • Maintain accurate and current ავტომ stakes cost data to ensure estimates reflect market trends.
  • Deliver clear, insightful recommendations to support strategic stirします decision‑making.
About You
  • Experienced in land viabilities, appraisals, or cost estimating within the residential housebuilding sector.

  • COINS experience beneficial but not essential.

  • Strong financial and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
