This is a key hire within the organisation, where you’ll play a central role in supporting projects ranging from £50k up to several million pounds. This company is growing with expansion plans and staff investment ideas to ensure you develop to the best of your ability.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales and design teams to interpret project specifications and drawings and prepare accurate quotations via the company’s estimation system.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing information and occasionally attend meetings alongside sales colleagues.
• Review specifications and drawings to produce accurate quotations, ensuring they are prepared and issued to clients promptly.
• Update quotations as project requirements evolve and secure competitive pricing through supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative culture within the open-plan office environment.
• Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
