Overview

Estimator – I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client in Hampshire. They are a main contractor who specialise in commercial projects and work across the south coast. They are looking for someone with experience in internal refurbishment on internal commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for progression, as the company offers a strong progression path.

Role and responsibilities

• Working as part of the pre-construction team
• Reporting into the Estimating Manager
• Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together detailed estimates
• Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements

• Experience working for a main contractor
• Experience on commercial refurbishment projects
• Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
