Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator - Dartford

SSA are currently working with a leading provider of mechanical and electrical building services, delivering innovative solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Due to the Dartford team’s expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator.

As Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the tendering process, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the business in securing profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the estimating function within AMD Environmental
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical building services projects
• Review tender documentation and identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager in M&E building services
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
