Hybrid / Office Based, commutable from Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham, Swanage, Bridport, Crewkerne, Yeovil and Surrounding Areas

Are you from a Machining, Manufacturing, Production or similar background with knowledge of CNC / Machining processes and looking for the opportunity to massively increase your skillset and move off the tools, showcasing your skills and having the ability to progress your career in future as you become the go-to engineer for the business?

This company is a well-established manufacturer with over 4 decades working in the manufacturing of precision parts for a variety of industries. They are a growing business, that routinely invest in the training and development of their staff who can forge a career within their business.

On offer is a Manufacturing Estimator position, where you will be working alongside the manufacturing and sales teams to evaluate costs, performance and quality of products working alongside clients and ensuring good communication and service to their busy bank of customers.

This role would suit someone from a Manufacturing background / machining background with a good knowledge of CNC processes, looking to specialise off the tools and step into an office based position with lots of training and internal progression routes.

The Role :
  • Preparation of Quotes and Time Frames for Clients
  • Working alongside the Engineering, Sales and Production Teams throughout the proposal process
  • Full Training into Estimation
The Person :
  • From a Manufacturing, Fabrication, CNC, Machining or similar background
  • Looking for development off the tools
  • Full UK Drivers License
