The Role As an Estates Senior Programme Manager you will lead and deliver specialist construction, civil engineering and estate management programmes across the QinetiQ freehold estate. This includes responsibility for cost effective delivery, stakeholder engagement, and successful outcomes aligned to time and budget.
Day-to-day, you will oversee the full portfolio management of multiple projects, from inception to execution and handover. This includes refurbishments, technical infrastructure and new builds. The role leads a team of Programme Managers and Senior Project Managers and collaborates closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Farnborough or Malvern site. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites is expected.
