A major healthcare organization in Bristol is seeking an Estates Compliance Officer focused on fire safety. This role involves managing estates maintenance related to fire compliance, overseeing contracts, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The position offers an attractive salary range of £40,879 - £48,777 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits including a robust pension plan and over 35 days of paid leave.
Do you possess an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to all aspects of planning, construction and good working practices? Have you got experience of Estates Statutory and Mandatory requirements, with an emphasis on fire engineering? Are you looking for your next step?
This role will assist with all of aspects of estates maintenance in relation to fire compliance. This includes the organising and reporting on planned preventative maintenance activities relating to statutory and mandatory requirements as stated in legislation, regulations, British standards and health technical memorandum.
You will proactively manage contracts, outsourced contractors and in-house direct labour that relates to compliance and reactive maintenance activities.
