As an Estates Cleaning Operative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive, efficient, and proactive cleaning service across Freebridge Community Housing estates throughout the borough. Your role will include conducting health and safety checks, collaborating with tenancy colleagues to contribute information on tenancy breaches, and assisting in combating anti‑social behaviour (ASB).
