Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Estates and Facilities Officer to join our team at John Ferneley College. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective security, maintenance, and compliance of our premises on Saturdays.

You will support the provision of a high-quality maintenance service and a safe environment for our students, and may be asked to help on other Mowbray Education Trust sites.

Responsibilities
  • Work fixed 4 hours per week on a Saturday all year round in a split shift format.
  • Pick up more hours depending on leave via overtime.
  • Be prepared for lone working and shift patterns that include unsocial hours such as weekends.
  • Ensure security, maintenance and compliance of premises.
  • Support the maintenance service and safe environment for students.
