Estates and Facilities Administration Assistant – Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Service
About the role

We are seeking to fill an upcoming vacancy for the role of Estates and Administration Assistant. The Estates and Facilities Department manages a mixed portfolio of buildings and facilities (Owned buildings, leased and PFI), ensuring our buildings are clean, safe and accessible.

Reporting directly to the Property Manager you will be responsible for assisting with a varied range of clerical and office‑based tasks to support the operation of the Estates and Facilities team, ensuring the department provides a customer‑focused service.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a firm commitment to inclusivity, fairness, dignity and the highest standards of ethical behaviour and champion these in their day‑to‑day work in compliance with our ethical code of conduct.
