Estates Team Leader

37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Services team as an Estates Team Leader, to lead, manage and support a team of eight Estate Officers, ensuring the delivery of quality estate services.

The post holder will be responsible for providing day to day leadership of excellent, customer focused estate services to customers, including the management of fire safety in all blocks. To ensure that where appropriate all Warwick District Council housing estates are provided with high quality grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services that help to achieve a high standard for our neighbourhoods.

The is a hybrid role, both from home and onsite visits. However, office working is also available. It is a requirement that the successful candidate hold a valid UK driving licence and be available to attend meetings at our offices and on site within Warwick District when required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate.
