Job summary

A leading cleaning service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Estate Services Cleaner for a mobile role covering multiple sites. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in communal areas of social housing properties. This position requires a flexible, reliable individual with previous cleaning experience. The contract is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension, and a pay rate between £12.50 - £16.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial or estate cleaning role is essential.
• Good awareness of health and safety standards and safe cleaning practices.

We are working closely alongside with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Cleaner, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Working as part of a team, you will contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This is a mobile role covering multiple sites across the Isle of Wight; transport will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas including entrances, hallways, staircases, lifts, landings, bin stores, and shared facilities.
• Carry out scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, chemicals, and methods safely and effectively.
• Report any health and safety hazards, repairs, or concerns to management.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are used responsibly and replenished as required.

Requirements
