Join our Team as a Housing Estate Inspector

We’re looking for a dedicated Housing Estate Inspector to join our growing team, who is a forward-thinking individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and who has a “can do” attitude.

You must be resilient, confident, like a challenge, have passion, and have a firm focus on excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Housing Estate Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of our Estates within the community, working closely with the neighbourhood team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact responsible for conducting inspections of our Estates
  • Be responsible for carrying out regular scheduled inspections of internal and external areas on our Estates.
  • Report repairs or Health & Safety concerns and follow up.
  • Monitoring and recording performance of contractors.
  • Produce comprehensive reports outlining issues and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in property / Estate management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license.
