A leading affordable housing provider is seeking an Estate Assistant to join their Estates team in London. This full-time role involves providing grounds maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in grounds maintenance and a strong customer service approach. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and a full UK driving licence are essential. We are pleased to offer a new position for an Estate Assistant to join our dedicated Estates team, serving the London area on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves working 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will provide high-quality grounds maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services across a varied portfolio of sites. Your responsibilities will include caring for lawns, shrubs, and plants, removing refuse, and maintaining internal communal areas in accordance with agreed standards, specifications, and timelines.
As the representative of Guinness onsite, you will foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues. You will ensure access is maintained, report repairs, fly tipping, graffiti, and raise any safeguarding concerns.
