• Experience as a Senior Sales professional in property sector is essential.
• Proven track record in securing new business.
• Passionate about providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume of new sales business and income production.
• Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties.
• Identify potential business opportunities.
• Accountable for customer care quality.
• Register, qualify and manage applicants.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments.
• Work in accordance with all legal obligations.
• Maintain knowledge of available properties.
• Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
• Develop the core business in the branch.
• Assist with team management.
