Overview

Estate Agent Sales Progressor. This role is for someone with a Property Conveyancing background or an Estate Agent who loves sales progression or an existing Sales Progressor. The position is Monday to Friday. Basic salary GBP25,000 plus commission paid monthly based on completions with on target earnings between GBP35,000 and GBP40,000.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for running sales (between 45 and 70) from point of sale to satisfactory completion.
• Work alongside the Sales Negotiators to progress all agreed sales through to exchange of contracts and completion.
• Handle telephone liaison and administration, dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors.
• Chase progression from each party, ensuring the correct documentation and contracts are in place.

Salary

Basic salary GBP25,000 plus commission paid monthly based on completions with on target earnings of between GBP35,000 and GBP40,000.
