An independent estate agency in Greater London is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Manager to grow its market share by managing residential sales and listings. The candidate should have proven experience in estate agency, particularly in sales and valuation. Attractive compensation includes a basic salary of £25,000 with car allowance and potential earnings of £45,000 – £55,000 with bonuses. Additional benefits include 33 days of annual leave and a supportive work environment.

Estate Agent Sales Manager / Lister

This well established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through sales and listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a pipeline of residential property sales and listings.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide valuation and advice to homeowners.
  • Represent the agency in the community to grow network.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Estate Agency – proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property.
  • Current or past role as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and deal‑making skills.
  • Knowledge of residential property market and estate agency practices.
Salary & Benefits

Basic salary of £25,000 plus £3,000 car allowance or company car. Initial 4‑month salary guarantee followed by a lucrative productivity bonus for a further 6 months. On target earnings £45,000 – £55,000.

Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service. 1 Saturday off in 3.
