Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Oversee the full sales process to drive growth
  • Coordinate with admin teams for property marketing and sales
  • Report on KPIs and budget performance to meet and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans
  • Serve as a market expert with strong commercial awareness
What to Expect
  • Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (dependent on experience)
  • OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
  • Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 9am to 5pm (Saturday)
  • Uncapped commission scheme
