Help Shape the Future of Women's and Girls' Football in Essex

Are you passionate about the growth of women’s football? Motivated by the incredible rise of the Lionesses and the momentum across the country? The Essex County FA are looking for a Women’s Community Football Officer to help drive forward recreational female football and to create more playing opportunities for women and girls across the county.

Based at their Chelmsford headquarters, with a blend of hybrid working, the successful candidate will join their expanding Development Team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the Female Player Pathway and helping to ensure that football is accessible, enjoyable and sustainable for every woman and girl in Essex.
