Qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Exel EFACS or similar is advantageous).
• Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, or coding/scripting languages is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of the company’s ERP system across all departments.
• Provide day-to-day support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
• Collaborate with external vendors or consultants during ERP upgrades or customisations.

Skills

Experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems or a related field.

Strong willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of ERP systems

Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, or coding/scripting languages

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Education

GCSE (or equivalent) in English at Grade A

GCSE in an IT subject (Desirable)
