Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be partnering with one of our most valued clients - an established and highly respected ERP consultancy specialising in Epicor Kinetic. With a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions across manufacturing, distribution, and engineering sectors, this consultancy is entering a new phase of strategic growth. To support this, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you\'ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the consultancy\'s footprint across the UK. You\'ll be selling tailored ERP consultancy services, with a focus on Epicor Kinetic implementations, and working closely with technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors
  • Promote and sell ERP consultancy services, particularly Epicor Kinetic solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape client proposals
  • Represent the consultancy at industry events, webinars, and client meetings
Location & Travel

This is a remote-first role, but preference will be given to candidates who can travel to Leeds, Manchester, or Birmingham for client engagements and internal meetings.
