Job summary

A health technology consultancy is seeking an experienced EPR Technical Consultant to join their team. This remote role involves configuration and implementation of EPR systems, with travel to customer sites about once a month. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the NHS or an EPR vendor and possess skills in EPR configuration, SQL, and JavaScript. Strong analytical and user-facing abilities are essential, as well as the ability to understand user needs and requirements.

The role :

My client are looking for a knowledgeable EPR Technical Consultant to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for configuration and implementation of various facets of an EPR system, including user facing work.

The role itself is remote with travel expectations to customer sites of approximately once per month, and quarterly visits to the office.

The successful candidate will have the following background and skills :

• Experience working directly for the NHS, or for an EPR vendor
• Strong experience around EPR configuration, customisation and understanding users’ needs and requirements
• SQL experience
• Linux experience (highly desirable)
• JSON experience (highly desirable)
• JavaScript or any other coding experience, including any API work
• Any experience of UAT Testing / Testing in general is a distinct advantage
• An understanding of Network protocols and VPN’s is useful

Other useful skills :
