Overview

We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney: James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH); Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH); The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH).

Main duties

This opportunity is available on a Secondment or Fixed Term Contract until March 2026. As a Senior Change Agent you will be supporting and facilitating Change Management and Transformation activities at the NNUH. You will collaborate with colleagues at James Paget University Hospitals, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital to develop and implement the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solution. In collaboration with partners, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the EPR solution.
