Job Summary

Main duties of the job
  • Develop and Implement Training Plans: Create comprehensive training plans and strategies for the implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
  • Lead EPR Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of EPR training programs to ensure all relevant staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments within the Trust to understand specific training needs and ensure the training aligns with organisational goals.
  • Provide Expertise on Mental Health Trust Terminology: Use your knowledge and experience of working with Mental Health Trusts to ensure training materials are relevant and reflect the specific terminology and processes used within these Trusts.
  • Manage the Go Live Training Phase: Coordinate and manage the training phase leading up to the EPR systems Go Live in April 2026, with the training manager role expected to begin in January 2026.

Trust location: South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust

Pay Rates: £37 - £45 Per hour.
