Job summary

A prominent consulting firm is seeking an experienced ESG Enterprise Process Lead to support ESG initiatives for a large pharmaceutical client's S/4 implementation. The role involves leading from UAT to the first deployment of SAP SFM and SCT in LATAM, requiring solid experience in ESG strategy and technology transformation projects. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for remote work with required adi trips. This is a 6 month contract with potential extensions.

Job description

We're currently working with a large scale pharmaceutical customer running a long term S/4 implementation, who's looking for an ESG Enterprise Process Lead.
In this role you will be supporting the ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) workstream at a critical time from the end of UAT through to the first deployment of SAP SFM and SCT in LATAM. Initially you will be working closely with the ESG Enterprise Process Lead (EPL) to gain the necessary background and handover and will then take over as team lead.

  • Significant experience and expertise in ESG strategy or compliance and reporting
  • Experience in large scale technology transformation projects
  • Demonstrable domain knowledge of ESG requirements and the changing landscape, including the ability to explain sophisticated concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Experience of designing and implementing process change to enable business decision making in ESG disciplines
  • Demonstrable SAP working knowledge across transactions and reporting in an SAP environment, including an understanding of how data and process integrate within an SAP architecture
  • Experience of Business/IT partnering for the implementation of global transformation solutions
  • Demonstrable ability to lead in a diverse, global team, within and across functions. Experience with global working and across cultures
  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
  • Ability to lead and manage negotiations across a complex group, to a target outcome
  • Consistent track record of delivery and ability to effectively prioritise to ensure goals and outcomes are achieved
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills

Start date: January 2026
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Location: Mainly remote - Adhoc trips
Languages: English
Rate: To be agreed (outside IR35)
