KOMAN Government Solutions (KGS) is seeking a qualified Environmental Project Manager to report to our Exton, PA office on a hybrid basis. The PM will collaborate with DoD clients on environmental investigations, remediation, O&M, and LTM projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing environmental projects for Federal clients, be detail-oriented, organized, dependable, resourceful, and capable of performing under tight deadlines.

  • Develop cost estimates based on project scope and assist with costing other projects as needed
  • Support business development, proposal pricing, and marketing efforts
  • Create subcontractor/vendor solicitations and review proposals for pricing validation
  • Prepare technical and price proposals for projects of varying complexity
  • Manage procurement and scheduling of subcontractors and vendors; prepare project submittals and deliverables
  • Support project management activities under supervision
  • Ensure safety and quality control compliance
  • Coordinate project from inception to completion
  • Perform operational tasks efficiently and timely
  • Identify and solve problems, suggest improvements
  • Manage budgets and schedules
  • Maintain project financials, including budgets, costs, and payments
Qualifications:
