An environmental consultancy is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join their team in Scotland. CTSL Group joined SEED Environmental in 2025, bringing together complementary expertise in environmental compliance, spill response, and remediation. Founded in 2006 and based in Leyland with additional depots across the UK, CTSL is recognised as one of the UK's leading specialists in environmental claims management and site services.
We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our CTSL team covering Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on, practical professional to take on start‑to‑finish project management of environmental claims projects, with a particular focus on building‑related environmental work.
You will manage projects independently from inception to completion, working flexibly from home and on‑site rather than being office‑based. This role requires someone comfortable working autonomously across large geographical areas, including remote locations, and who can communicate effectively with everyone from site operatives to professional clients. You will be responsible for project budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner in line with client service level agreements.
Working as part of a smaller, close‑knit team and reporting to Andrew Cooper, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule while being supported by experienced colleagues. A company van will be provided for site visits.
