Environmental and Planning Lawyer

Location: South East

Type: Permanent

An Environmental and Planning Lawyer is required to join a major utilities company based in the South East on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be involved with work of national importance and will join an experienced, dynamic, and close-knit team.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, with a preference to attend the office in the South East twice a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and timely advice on environmental and planning legal matters
  • Assisting with Environmental Information Regulation queries
  • Managing external legal resources
  • Supporting ongoing large-scale projects

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent
