A leading energy solutions provider is seeking an Enterprise Systems Team Manager in a hybrid role based in Kings Hill, Kent. You will lead a technical team responsible for managing enterprise systems and ensure efficient operations across cloud environments and data centers. As an Enterprise Systems Team Manager at Cantium, you'll lead the team responsible for delivering, supporting, and maintaining the enterprise systems and infrastructure that underpin services for Cantium and its customers. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across enterprise platforms including virtual environments, data centres, cloud technologies, and core business systems. This is a key leadership role that blends technical expertise, people management, and service excellence to ensure resilient, secure, and efficient services.

As the Enterprise Systems Team Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring Cantium’s enterprise systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with organisational objectives. You’ll lead a high-performing technical team, guide operational standards, influence enterprise technology strategies, and ensure services meet agreed SLAs and KPIs. Your leadership will help maintain business continuity, drive innovation, and support Cantium’s customer‑led service culture.
