A leading insurance company in the UK seeks an Enterprise Risk Analyst on a 12-month fixed term to support risk management across its health business. This role involves auditing, reporting, and fostering relationships to enhance the understanding of enterprise risk. We're recruiting for an Enterprise Risk Analyst on a 12-month fixed term basis to join our 1st line Enterprise Risk team, who are responsible for driving the Risk & Control agenda across the UK health business. A key responsibility for this role will involve working with the Head of Strategic Risk & Resilience and the Business Risk and Controls team to deepen the capability of the health business to understand and manage its enterprise risks, whilst maintaining a strong and pervasive focus on positive business and customer outcomes.
The purpose of this role is to prove support across a variety of enterprise risk areas including risk audits and deep dives in line with risk frameworks and assurance models, assist with implementing improvements for enterprise risk oversight processes and controls, analysing key MI and reporting findings to help AXA Health meet its business strategy and regulatory obligations.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
