Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency, is partnering with secondary schools across Sandwell to recruit dedicated, passionate, and skilled English Teachers for the academic year starting September 2025.

We offer flexible opportunities to suit your availability, whether you're seeking day-to-day assignments, short-term placements, or long-term roles. Whether you're an experienced educator or an ECT (Early Career Teacher), if you have a passion for literature, language, and developing young minds, we want to hear from you!

The Role:
  1. Teach KS3 and KS4 English (KS5 opportunities available in some schools)
  2. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons
  3. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
  4. Contribute to the broader school community and support extracurricular activities
  5. Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic excellence in the classroom
What We're Looking For:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  2. Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools (placements accepted for ECTs)
  3. Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  4. A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students
  5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
