Many of our schools have already introduced the 4DWW, with others preparing to roll it out as they reach full staffing. This is an opportunity to join #teamOFG and experience an innovative, dynamic work setting with great work-life balance.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated English curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the English subject, ensuring continuous development and improvement.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that challenges students and fosters a love of learning.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, sharing best practices to enhance teaching quality across the school.
  • Monitor and track students' academic progress and personal growth, ensuring every pupil reaches their potential.
  • Actively contribute to the wider curriculum team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of school life.
Who We Are Looking For
  • We want someone who is passionate, creative, and resilient, with the ability to inspire both students and colleagues. You should have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A genuine interest in SEN and SEMH education
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging, and personalised learning
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, ready to contribute to a brand-new school culture
