A leading education provider in Chipping Norton is looking for a passionate English Teacher to join their team. You will deliver engaging English lessons, shape the curriculum, and raise student attainment. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a strong passion for teaching. Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary: £31,650 - £43,000 per annum (not pro rata) dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only
Start: October 2025

You’ll be responsible for raising attainment, driving improvement, and supporting both students and colleagues to achieve their very best.
Park School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional and mental health needs. Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
