This full‑time role is ideal for anyone considering a career in education or planning to apply for a PGCE, School Direct, or SCITT in the near future. You'll gain invaluable experience supporting pupils, learning from experienced teachers, and developing essential classroom skills.

Your Role:
  • Supporting the delivery of engaging English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Running small group and one‑to‑one intervention sessions to boost literacy, reading comprehension, and writing skills
  • Assisting with lesson planning, classroom management, and marking
  • Encouraging students to develop confidence and a love for English language and literature
  • Getting involved in reading clubs, homework support, and creative writing or drama activities
Who We're Looking For:
