• Proven supervisory or leadership experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong electrical and automation background, including hands-on PLC fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Solid knowledge of PPM systems and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of multi-skilled engineers.
• Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and PLC-related faults on production equipment.
• Manage and develop the site's maintenance system.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with safety standards.
