A leading aerospace engineering company is seeking Quality Apprentices to join their team in Cwmbran, UK. This apprenticeship offers a two-year HNC program with practical, hands-on experience in quality engineering. Quality is at the heart of aerospace engineering—far more than a box to tick. Every component we design and manufacture must meet strict safety and performance standards. As a Quality Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring reliability, safety and customer trust while developing real engineering problem‑solving skills in a fast‑moving, innovative industry.
We’re recruiting for several Level 4 Quality Engineers, where you’ll complete a two‑year HNC programme with one day a week at NDGTA and the rest gaining hands‑on experience on‑site. Throughout your Apprenticeship, you'll rotate through key areas of the business, supporting audits, analysing data, improving processes, collaborating with teams, resolving issues and helping maintain compliance and customer satisfaction. It’s a chance to build strong technical skills, become a trusted quality specialist and start a career in a sector where excellence truly matters.
Travel between Newport and Cwmbran Sites may be required.
Successful candidates should ideally have, or be on track to, achieve at least a merit in an Engineering related BTEC Level 3. You also should have completed your GCSE's including Maths, English, Science and a preferably a Technology subject, at grades A–C or 4–9.
After completing your HNC, you'll have the opportunity to secure a full‑time role within one of our departments or continue your Apprenticeship by progressing to further study and achieving your HND.
