Job summary

A leading property management firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Ops Manager to drive operational excellence and tenant relations in a premier mixed-use development. The successful candidate will lead facilities management, ensuring compliance and boosting property value through strategic asset enhancement projects. Applicants should have a degree in Real Estate or Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong technical knowledge of building systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in retail shopping mall property facilities management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building M&E systems required.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in BMS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead facilities management, technical teams, and M&E maintenance programs.
  • Manage the full tenant engagement cycle, from fit-outs to relationship management.
  • Support asset enhancement projects to boost property value.
  • Liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure compliance and safety.

Lead operations & maintenance for a premier mixed-use retail/office development. Manage tenant relations, fit-outs, and strategic asset enhancement projects. Require 5+ years' property management experience with strong M&E knowledge.
