Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an engineering or facilities role.
• Experience managing hard service contracts and in-house engineering teams.
• Knowledge of statutory legislation including L8, EICR, SFG20.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of building M&E and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee performance of hard services contractors.
• Manage live system of PPMs and reactive maintenance.
