What you will do

• Build and drive day‑to‑day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high performing engineers

• Set the direction of your team. Anticipate strategic and scaling‑related challenges and create an actionable plan to solve them.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations teams in shaping the product

What you will need

• 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of software architectures
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in leading small and mid‑sized development teams
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or experience in a relevant field
• Solid programming skills, a track record, and passion for improving the code structure and architecture to enhance testability and maintainability
• Great project management skills to lead, care about product ownership, an outstanding customer‑centric mindset, and solving problems for our customers.
• Hands‑on development experience using Python, Django, MongoDB, React, AWS is a plus
